Defined leadership roles ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective governance
Presides over all General Body and Executive Committee meetings. Provides strategic leadership and has a casting vote in case of a tie.
Assists the President and assumes presidential responsibilities in their absence.
Responsible for records, correspondence, and meeting minutes. Supports budget preparation and administrative coordination.
Assists the General Secretary and manages responsibilities in their absence.
Manages financial records, transactions, and accounts. Oversees annual financial statements.
Support society activities and execute responsibilities assigned by the Executive Committee.
Office bearers shall serve for a term of two (2) years and may be re-elected for subsequent terms.
